On December 15, 2015, Michael and Alexandra Kline, owners of Pointy Snout hosted a private Caviar tasting at "The Soho".
Guests were treated to a tasting of delectable selection of caviar offered by Pointy Snout, paired with champagne.
CEO Michael Kline facilitated a short presentation on investment opportunities in the company.  A question and answer session followed the presentation.

Pointy Snout offers a myriad of delectable caviar choices to satisfy every palette!  One of their unique offering, the Ossetra Nouveau, aged at least three days, is delightfully light yet bears the captivating  flavors of true Ossetra caviar!

The authentic Ossetra caviar from true Russian Sturgeon is aged at least for 90 days.  This Avant-Garde has a rich, nutty flavor characteristic of great Ossetra caviar.

Their Avancé is sustainably-farmed White Sturgeon roe,  is aged at least 90 days to develop a taste that is rich and lasting,  yolky and delicate.


Considered "Caviar de Table" sustainably-farmed White Sturgeon roe, has a clean flavor and accessible price making it an exceptional value.
