  • Median sales price decreased to $685,000 from $724,000
  • Discount from Original Asking Price decreased to 3.0% from 7.0%
  • Discount from Last Asking Price decreased to 1.0% from 2.4%
  • Transactions over $1,000,000 decreased to 32% from 34%
  • Median number of days on market to C/S, from last ask price, increased to 71 from 65 days
  • 59% of Coop Sales are financed of which 66% are contingent on financing

 

FOR CONDOS

  • Average sales price decreased to $2,653,140 from $2,971,072
  • Median sales price decreased to $1,875,000 from $1,990,000
  • Discount from Original Asking Price increased to 5.0% from 2.9%
  • Discount from Last Asking Price increased to 2.7% from 1.8%
  • Transactions over $1,000,000 decreased to 78% from 79%
  • Median number of days on market to C/S, from last ask price decreased to 70 from 80 days
  • 38% of Condo Sales are financed of which 57% are contingent on financing

 

Number of Active listings for Coops and Condos on the market increased by 18.4%
