This 50-acre estate located in Greenwich, Connecticut was sold for $120 million. Recorded thus far as the most expensive real estate sale ever recorded in the United States.
The Copper Beech Farm estate was originally listed for $190 million. With an 1890s French Renaissance-style home on 4,000 feet of waterfront property.
